thank you for posting this! I had thyroid cancer and we’re STILL messing around with meds to make my levels normal again and of course that means weight gain and feeling sluggish.

Hi I have hypothyroidism - I was told by my GP around 3 months ago now and it has been extremely hard indeed. As a former figure skater, I have put my body and mind through a lot of stress in the last 18 months, in addition to heavy gym workouts and several stress ‘episodes’. I don’t know what has caused it but my muscles it seems have completely seized up, and I can’t do the workouts I used to. I have stopped stretching and I wondered if this has hindered things?

this is not my account but i have a thyroid disorder. my thyroid gland is slow. im so happy for you to put this on youtube. having that disorder is kind of hard but i was wondering if you know if by doing that can affect some part of the gland? thank you so much!!!!

Sorry, I didn’t mean that kind of pain. I was actually referring to the burn you feel while holding a pose. I personally have found what I’ve said to be true. I realize that it does not apply to every one. Some are more flexible than others and some people may have back problems. I admit my comment was a little vague. But I did not, and do not suggest anyone to practice yoga without proper instruction.

incidences of muscle strain and injuries are increasing because people practice yoga and pilates without proper instruction or training. pain is not a good sign.

  8. jenlyn77 Says:

It does look hard, but you should try it as far as you can go. I was surprised at how far I could actually go.

  9. jenlyn77 Says:

where it hurts is where it works.
