    Did you have a plateau moment while losing weight? If you did, how much weight did you lose prior to the plateau, how long did it take you to get off the plateau and what advice do have for someone going through it?     she is very serious! I did level 1 yesterday and I’m sore! I thought workout dvds were not that hard, but this one is a challenge (at least for me!)

    another excellent and motivating video! i plan on ordering 30 day shred and a few others from Amazon next week. some of them are super cheap! i’ve been doing cardio at the gym but would like to try some of the vids.

    How did u transition into a vegetarian?…I know i love me sum chicken, i have canceled out all fried foods though. I’m about 5′3″ 170lbs, which doesnt look too big in person. i think i could stand to lose about 30lbs, what kind of exercise routine wld u recommend?

    I am also natural,5 yrs. My hair seems to be thinning some. I use to flat iron it alot. i have not used any heat on my hair in about 2 months now. Do you think pre-natal vitamins would help.

    1) what motivated you to take that first step? how or why did you finanly make the decision to loose the weight.
    2) why do you take pre natal vitamins (hope not too personal…i do see a ring) but does it have anything to do with keeping you nutritious as you work your body out so heavily?
    3) are you still a vegetarian? how helpful has that eating lifestyle being to your weight loss journey?

    i’m so impressed with your story. discovering your videos have sent me on a goose chace to LEARN how to loose weight the RIGHT way. 6 years ago, I went from 170-120 in 8 months through LA Weightloss. Needless to say, I’ve gained it all back and about 40 more lbs. So now, I’m on a new mission to do it right. I’ll keep you updated my sister. Thanks for being so inspirational to us all. My questions to follow…..
